The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new customers in the construction and coatings industries.
• Drive sales by promoting the company’s chemical product offerings, with a focus on expanding market share and customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
• Travel within the Philippines and regionally to meet with clients, attend industry events, and close deals.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including sales forecasts, customer feedback, and market insights.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the chemical industry or related sectors.
• Strong track record in meeting tight deadlines and targets.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence customers.
• Understanding of the construction and coatings industries is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the Philippines and regionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
