Role:


Customer Service Representative (Work From Home – Pampanga)

Salary Package: ₱21,600 per month (plus incentives)

Work Setup: Work From Home

Eligible Locations: Pampanga, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Bataan, and Zambales


Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of BPO experience
  • OR Non-BPO experience in a customer-facing or service-related role (e.g., retail, hospitality, banking, airline, food service, or e-commerce support)
  • Bachelor’s Degree graduate – or at least 2 years of college (no back subjects)
  • Residing within Central Luzon (Pampanga, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Bataan, or Zambales)
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Must have stable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays


Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Handle customer inquiries and support requests via chat, email, or phone.
  • Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Document interactions and maintain quality service standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and leaders to improve customer experience.
