The Administrative Specialist provides high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation within the organization. This role involves handling a variety of tasks, such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and supporting project execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and meeting agendas.
  • Provide support for project coordination and task management.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally and effectively.

Syarat-syarat

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), both written and spoken, is required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with occasional requirements for overtime.
  • Willing to work onsite at BGC, Taguig City
