The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Marketing Transformation, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.
The team is comprised of individuals who have an in-depth understanding of marketing, sales and services functions and experience across various industries like Communications and High Tech, Banking, Insurance, Energy, Utilities and Retail.
We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who will help define sales and marketing strategies, design and implement Microsoft Dynamics solutions and help optimize our client’s Microsoft Dynamics program. Individuals must have good communication skills, knowledge in relevant technologies, innovative thinking, and commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities include:
Developing CRM strategy which includes the following:
Creation and confirmation of business requirements including coordination with businesses and leading workshops as needed
Creation of Functional design documentation and the signoff for the functional detailed design deliverables
Coordination with key stakeholders the understanding of Functional requirements feasible and dependency on the integration application functions
Work with the Development lead and the CRM Lead to ensure alignment of solution and deliverability of the solution.
Designing interventions to drive customer acquisition / customer engagement
Managing full spectrum of Sales/ Marketing program execution from strategy definition to technical delivery in Microsoft Dynamics
Extensive experience and hands-on role in conducting requirement gathering and design workshops, preparing solution and functional blueprint, leading, and coordinating solution design and deployment across multi-dimensional team
Monitoring trends, analyzing data, to optimize sales & marketing programs
Identifying process improvement opportunities
Developing business case for CRM strategies, technology solutions
Developing / supporting development of CRM/Martech platform technology

Experience in designing / managing CRM with hands-on/functional consultant experience in Microsoft Dynamics Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud implementation with deep functional, industry and client facing experience
Should be certified in Microsoft Dynamics across different Microsoft Dynamics Clouds
Should have experience in Microsoft Dynamics multi-cloud implementation
Experience with CRM, Marketing software, Channel integration, Real Time Decisioning is desirable.
Strong understanding of how digital channels work together to create a cohesive, personalized marketing program for the customer, not just knowledge of one channel
Experience managing CRM Programs for large, complex clients with proficiency in measurement and operations
Ability to drive the engagement with minimal supervisor involvement and should be able to work independently from onshore/offshore
Ability to establish and build on working relationships effectively
Hands-on experience of Microsoft Dynamics
Good Consulting experience is preferred
Experience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization / client organizations
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive results-oriented decisions. Data-driven mindset within proven utilization of information to drive decisions, calibrate and results.
Highly organized, proven ability to develop efficient processes that elevate team performance and drive results
Proven success in navigating global matrixed environments and / or experience in client facing roles
Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, global environment
Ability to work in a fast paced and unstructured environment
