The Sales Staff will be responsible for promoting and selling products related to generator sets, disaster preparedness, firefighting equipment, safety solutions, and services to local government units (LGUs), private organizations, and industrial clients. The role involves building relationships with key stakeholders, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and engage potential clients, particularly LGUs, emergency response teams, and safety officers.
  • Promote generator sets, firefighting equipment, disaster response solutions, and safety products.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including government agencies and private sectors.
  • Conduct site visits, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address client inquiries, provide technical information, and recommend appropriate products/services.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Stay updated on industry trends, government procurement processes, and competitor activities.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential government projects related to disaster preparedness and safety.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market demands.

Technical Knowledge & Compliance

  • Have a solid understanding of generator sets, fire suppression systems, rescue equipment, and safety regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with LGU procurement laws and safety standards when offering solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for product demonstrations, installations, and after-sales support.

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and project pipelines.
  • Prepare reports and updates for management regarding sales performance and targets.
  • Participate in trade shows, government bidding processes, and marketing activities.

Syarat-syarat

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial equipment, safety solutions, or government procurement.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various clients, including LGU officials and private sector representatives.
  • Knowledge of government procurement processes and bidding requirements is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits, site inspections, and trade events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
