UpStaff Inc. is a company specialized in providing dedicated remote accounting professionals based in the Philippines and other offshore staffing services to global companies that are looking for an alternative staffing set up. Our objective is to help foreign firms to support their accounting functions in a cost- effective and efficient way.
We are looking for a Remote Audit Senior to work with our Hong Kong based Auditing Firm client that wants to build a long term relationship and grow with the staff ang grow with them. The Remote Audit Senior will report directly to their Audit Manager and/or Audit Partner and is responsible for organizing and managing client engagements and projects including the execution and completion of engagement tasks and project components.
Qualifications:
· CPA IS REQUIRED.
· Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
· With a least 3 years audit experience within various industries preferably coming from Big 4 and other reputable firms.
· Experience with HK clients is highly desirable.
Able to:
· Demonstrate expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and other related financial reporting matter as well as expertise in any relevant regulation. Additional knowledge with any of other international accounting standards is an advantage.
· Prepare audit work programs, draft audit reports, management letters and other communications
· Perform complex and specific audit procedures, while developing effective, client focused audit strategies
· Solve all complex auditing issues within the framed time
· Design, manage, and ensure the accuracy of the financial statements (separate and/or consolidated)
· Prepare and analyze all accounting and financial records
· Prepare and review consolidation and/or reporting packages
· Interact with the clients and assist or solve their queries in a timely manner
· Coordinate with the clients to perform tests on all internal controls of the organization
· Prepare financial reports and suggest the appropriate estimates
· Proactively build relationship with client personnel, demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness in handling client’s problems
Working Arrangement
· Working hours shall be from 9am - 6pm PH/HK time with 1 hour break from Monday to Friday
· 100 % work from home
· Company laptop will be provided but you must have a stable internet connection and can be upgraded when needed.

SALARY 55,000 plus 3,000 work from home allowance
