  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges.
  • Leadership: Ability to motivate and inspire teams, drive change, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Team Management: Coordinate and manage operational excellence teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration; recruitment, onboarding, and conducting training as required.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure operational excellence projects stay within budget.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively to support operational excellence project goals.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present reports periodically to senior management and stakeholders on operational excellence project progress and performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure operational excellence projects adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement new systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Standardization: Standardization of templates, SOPs, and guidelines for the operational excellence department.
  • Operational Excellence: Assist the project team to design and construct a factory by considering manufacturing excellence principles such as 5S, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Operational Excellence Budget: Prepare the annual project budget, annual project report, and project portfolio for the group; prepare presentations for the annual budget, mid-year review, and annual review.
  • TPM & Lean Manufacturing: Apply TPM, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and improve throughput.
