Conducting market research and identifying potential vets, clinics and pet health institutions.
Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
Working closely with staff across departments to implement business and vet growth strategies.
Developing and implementing sales strategies, vet service and retention plans, and analyzing
sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
Takes the lead with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and
other documents as required.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
Identify new business opportunities and partners.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
Qualifications:
Strong analytical and creative-problem solving abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to develop, manage and communicate information in a clear, organized, and highly
persuasive manner
Ability to hold your own in meetings with various heads and C-suite representatives; and
speak as a thought-leader and visionary in the creator economy space
Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working autonomously and as part of a team in
ambiguous, quickly-changing environments
Must have a mastery of using Google Workspace (particularly Google Slides and Google Sheets)
in crafting stunning presentations and easy-to-comprehend reports pertinent to the project
Data-driven when making key decisions relevant to the partnerships
Desired Education and Experience
Minimum of 4 years experience in business development and sales
Bachelor’s degree from a well-respected university
Must own pets
Experience in healthcare and pet healthcare is advantageous but not required
