Descrição:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive business growth in the telecom industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and account management, with expertise in telecom products and services. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and managing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.


  • Generate New Business: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the telecom sector, including mobile, broadband, VoIP, and cloud services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Lead the negotiation and closing of contracts with new and existing clients, ensuring profitable terms and long-term business partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with telecom industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to create tailored solutions for clients and ensure successful delivery of services.
  • Reporting: Track sales progress, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and report regularly on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business outcomes.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business strategies to expand the company’s presence in the telecom market and drive revenue growth.

Requisito

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (experience in the telecom industry is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of telecom products and services (e.g., mobile, broadband, VoIP, cloud solutions).
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
