Descrição:

  • Managing and maintaining positive relationships between employees and the company by handling employee grievances, mediating disputes, investigating workplace issues, advising management on employment law compliance, and ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies, often acting as a liaison between employees and management to foster a positive work environment. 

Requisito

  • A college degree or higher in Human Resources,or equivalent experience in HR
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working HR in a mid-sized organization
  • Non-gambling company work experience
  • Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment law
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as an Employee Relations Specialist
