Descrição:

  • Develop and oversee financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct financial analysis and reports to guide decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Manage financial audits and assist with tax preparation.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA) and/or CPA certification is highly desirable.


  • 5-8 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.


  • Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning.
