Descrição:
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct financial analysis, prepare budgets, and provide financial forecasting.
- Prepares and analyzes monthly financial reports
- Prepares and monitors mall's operating budget and forward plans
- Monitors and manages GAE - related expenses
- Daily sales audit of ancillary business collections: parking, cinema, snackbar expenses
- Assist in BIR preparation and filing
- Assists in annual audit of external auditors
- Other tasks as may be required
- Work location: Ayala Malls Vermosa
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant financial analysis experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities, budget analysis, and communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Office-based role with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
