Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain integrated systems and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Support the development and documentation of system integration processes and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and team members as needed.


Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting
  • Experience in Information Technology
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Newly graduates are welcome
