Descrição:

As a Communication and Soft Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, and delivering training modules focused on communication, customer service, and soft skills for BPO professionals.
  • Conducting needs assessments and tailoring training programs to align with organizational requirements.
  • Facilitating engaging and interactive classroom or virtual training sessions to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Coaching and mentoring employees and leaders to improve communication effectiveness and customer experience.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with operations, quality, and leadership teams to ensure training initiatives directly support business goals and client requirements.
  • Continuously updating training content to reflect industry best practices, especially in the mortgage and financial services domain.


Cebu – Onsite

Compensation & Benefits

  • ₱35,000 – ₱50,000 / month gross
  • HMO with 1 free dependent (effective upon onboarding)
  • Life Insurance (upon onboarding)
  • 10 Sick Leaves & 10 Vacation Leaves annually

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in training within the BPO industry
  • Strong background in module creation and curriculum design
  • With mortgage training experience (preferred/required)
  • Proven track record in coaching and mentoring teams for performance improvement
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to start ASAP
