Descrição:

POSITION SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Head of Human Resource Department and under the supervision of the Coordinator 1 for Payroll and Benefits Section, processes payroll concerns of employees.

 

1.       Processing of records of leaves, absences, and tardiness affecting payroll results

2.       Validation of semi-monthly time records submitted by employees (non-teaching and faculty)

3.       Submission of pre-validated daily time records of employees to Accounting Department for salary computation

4.       Monitoring of leave availment for leave commutation purposes

5.       Facilitation of availment of educational benefit (scholarship discounts)

6.       Processes documents in relation to availment of statutory benefits of employees:

  • a.     SSS Sickness and Maternity Benefit
  • b.     Death Benefits
  • c.     Retirement Benefit

7.       Facilitates clearance processes for computation of final claims of Retirement benefit (University benefit) of employees

Requisito

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Banking and Finance, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or other related courses

Prior experience in the field of general HR is preferred, but not required

 

CORE COMPETENCIES

Communication, Interpersonal Relations, Problem Solving, Data Analysis, Organization, Creativity, Speed, Accuracy

 

SPECIFIC SKILL REQUIREMENT

Computer literate especially in MS office applications, particularly in MS Excel, Superior oral and written communication skills in both English and Filipino
