Descrição:

is responsible for any deficiencies, approvals, and compliance of loan documents. He/She supports and works hand-in-hand with Business Sales Officers and various internal and external stakeholders to ensure completeness of loan requirements, movement of CLAs in the application/credit process without delay, consolidation, and preparation of sales reports, forecast monthly booking, strategize and prioritization of accounts, and supervision of the activities and tasks of MAs.

Responsibilities

Consolidation of sales reports.
Coordinates directly with customers for the completion of requirements.
Ensures the completeness of loan requirements.
Ensures CLAs move in the application/credit process without delay.
Coordinates with Fulfillment for the documentation and implementation of approval.
Forecasts monthly booking and strategizes & orchestrates prioritization of accounts to ensure attainment of booking target.
Supervises the activities and task delivery of the MA to make sure all CLAs are properly acted upon.
Ensures that loan documents are complete and properly executed by the Customer. The SSO shall be responsible for any deficiency, its approval, and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Marketing/ Management
With knowledge of different banking products and services
Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
