Remote Loan Settlement Officers

Full-time | Dayshift (AU timezone)

Looking to join a remote team and put your experience with Australian home loans to good use? We’re on the lookout for Virtual Loan Settlement Officers to help manage the settlement process from start to finish. This is a fully remote role, perfect for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and confident working with Australian lenders and brokers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinate Settlements: Make sure home loan settlements happen on time by working directly with lenders, gathering post-approval details like payout figures, insurance, and other documents.
• Work with Legal Teams: Communicate with solicitors to ensure everything’s aligned for smooth, accurate settlements.
• Keep Everyone in the Loop: Update all relevant parties—including clients, brokers, and SMSF agencies—on the progress of each settlement.
• Client Communication: Let clients know where things stand and provide quick responses to any questions along the way.
• Manage Documents: Double-check that all the right paperwork is ready and complete before settlement day.
• Handle Multiple Files: Stay organized while managing a high volume of files and making sure each one is processed accurately and on time.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Australian home loan processing (ideally from a broker or bank).
• Excellent communication skills—you’ll be working with multiple stakeholders.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Familiar with Australian home loan compliance and documentation.
• Confident handling the full loan process, from application to settlement.
• Strong computer skills and comfortable using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Your Remote Work Setup Should Include:

• Windows 11 or MacOS 13+
• Reliable internet (at least 50 Mbps)
