Responsibilities:

  • Handles processing and liquidation of revolving funds, cash and travel advances of Company employees.
  • Maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and information related to supplies and inventory.
  • Process vendor payments. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure charges are accurate and that payments are received in a timely manner.
  • Assisting the accounting department in daily, monthly, and annual activities, including generating financial reports, developing budgets, preparing taxes, and assisting with audits and resolving discrepancies.
  • Participating in ongoing education opportunities to learn about industry trends and developments, current financial legislation, and company policies and procedures.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
  • At least 2 years of accounting and finance experience in an audit firm or any financial institution (i.e. fintech)
  • Change management/process improvement experience
  • Proficient in Excel, and any accounting software (i.e. Odoo)
