•Promote and explain the AIRR Squad concept to prospective talents, emphasizing its benefits and opportunities.

•Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition into AIRR Squad.

•Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging talent opportunities.

•Track and meet monthly talent acquisition volume targets and metrics.

•Collaborate with internal teams to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals.

•Maintain a database of active and prospective talents for ongoing engagement and recruitment efforts.

•Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality digital talents across diverse platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, human resources, or a related field.

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related roles in digital or creative industries is not required, but a plus.
