Learning and Development Team responsible for designing, implementing, and assessing training programs to improve employee skills, aligned with organizational goals. This includes identifying training needs, delivering sessions, and measuring effectiveness through various formats like e-learning, coaching, and mentoring, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

• Developing training programs that align with the organization's strategic goals.
• Collaborating with leaders across department and store to create curriculums for all employees, focusing on core values, strategic priorities, upskilling, and on-demand learning.
• Offering diverse training methods, such as e-learning, tutorials, and coaching.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest training methods, best practices, and emerging trends in L&D.
• Other duties as assigned
