MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION

1. Graduate of B.S. Mechanical Technology, with Plant Mechanic License an advantage
2. Skills in HVAC, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Piping Systems
3. Able to read Blue Prints
4. Able to perform basic welding operation
5. Effective Verbal and Written Communication Skills
6. At least One (1) year relevant Work experience

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MAINTENANCE OF PLANT MACHINERY AND FACILITIES

1. Examines plant machinery and mechanical equipment in the plant. Performs complete inspection on machinery, overhauling, repair and replacement of defective or worn out parts 
2. Repairs and overhauls pumps, air compressors and blowers
3. Installs, repairs, replaces piping and fittings for oil, water, compressed air, systems for equipment such as air compressors, pumps and blowers
4. Installs new equipment and systems; Repairs and maintains current equipment and systems

IMPLEMENTATION OF PLANNED AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

1. Implements the preventive maintenance schedule on plant machinery and mechanical equipment and facilities
2. Lubricates all plant machinery and mechanical equipment
3. Tests, operates and performs preventive maintenance on emergency generators
