Açıklama

Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Collaborate with internal departments to identify procurement needs and requirements.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and other criteria.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and contracts.
Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular supplier evaluations.
Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including requisition, sourcing, bidding, negotiation, and purchase.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through effective negotiation, strategic sourcing, and supplier consolidation.
Monitor market trends and changes that could impact procurement costs.
Review and manage contracts, agreements, and terms with suppliers to ensure legal and financial compliance.
Collaborate with legal and relevant departments to draft and negotiate contracts.
Collaborate with inventory management teams to optimize stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
Identify areas for process improvement within the procurement function and implement best practices.
Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team, ensuring optimal performance and professional growth.
Generate regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings.
Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Gereklilik

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience of at least 10 years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, with at least five (5) years in a managerial capacity.
Strong knowledge of procurement principles, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and laws related to procurement.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.
Strategic thinking and the ability to align procurement strategies with company objectives.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
