Minimum Requirements:

• At least High School graduate (Junior or Senior High)
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
• Preferably (but not required) with work experience in a manufacturing company

Job Summary:

• Daily checks machines and properly reports any unsafe conditions in the work area
• Ensures that all quality checkpoints are met during production
• Reports any abnormality on the machine, material that may affect tire quality
• Properly reports output as well as problems encountered during operation
• Maintains and properly implements 5’s in the work area
