Salesforce Administrator

A cleaning supply manufacturer specializing in commercial cleaning solutions for healthcare facilities, hotels, schools, and restaurants is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to optimize and maintain its Salesforce system. This role is essential for managing supply chain operations, customer interactions, and service workflows, ensuring efficient handling of diverse cleaning product demands across multiple sectors.


What You'll Do:

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance the Salesforce system, ensuring all features function correctly and align with business needs.
  • Modify, create, and optimize Salesforce workflows, automation, and security settings to improve efficiency.
  • Manage data integrity, overseeing input, exports, and reporting functions to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to align Salesforce processes with company objectives and operational goals.
  • Provide training, support, and ongoing improvements to ensure Salesforce is effectively utilized across departments.


Who You'll Work With:

You will be a key team member supporting supply chain management, customer service, and operations through Salesforce. Collaborating with leadership and internal teams, you'll help streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure that Salesforce supports the company's growing demands across multiple industries.


Who We're Looking For:

  • Salesforce Expertise: At least two years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, with strong knowledge of Salesforce features, workflows, and integrations.
  • Process Understanding: Ability to grasp business operations and translate them into efficient Salesforce workflows.
  • Problem-Solving & Project Management: Strong ability to identify system inefficiencies, implement effective solutions, and take ownership of projects from start to finish while ensuring timely execution.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication to explain processes and gather requirements.
