Açıklama

The Purchase-to-Pay (PTP) Sr. Accountant supports the accounts payable process by in overseeing the accounts payable processes. The responsibilities will include but not limited to reviewing or investigating issues on transport and SG&A invoices, ensuring they are processed accurately and in a timely manner, will manage payment requests or follow-ups, ensuring the team is in adherence to company policies. Additionally, act as a subject matter expert in PTP team.


  • Ensure that the team handle transport and SG&A invoices on a timely and accurately manner.
  • Oversee vendor payments by reviewing payment proposals, investigating unsuccessful payments, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Review vendor reconciliations to ensure all accounts are balanced and discrepancies are addressed.
  • Analyze Accounts Payable aging report, monitor outstanding invoices and manage cash flow effectively.
  • Manage the AP mailboxes or ticketing tools (such as JIRA) to ensure timely responses and resolutions to payment inquiries, processing issues, and other requests.
  • Respond to email messages from internal and external parties promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all work documentation and processes are updated and comply with the company's policies and procedures.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing support and knowledge transfer to Accountants and Junior Accountants.
  • Offer coaching and guidance to junior team members in their daily operations to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Provide support in SLA and KPI reporting of PTP Team.
  • Gather and consolidate performance results of the PTP Team for monthly operational review meetings.


Minimum Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy/Financial Management or any finance/accounting related course
  • Minimum of +5 years of related experience.
  • Deep understanding on end-to-end of PTP, specifically on Accounts Payable Process.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and reports (balance sheet and AP Aging).
  • Experience in ERP Systems (AS400, Cargowise, D365, Bassware)
  • Effective communication skills, verbal and written, organization skills or attention to details, problem solving, adaptability, analytical skills and team leadership.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, knowledgeable with any ticketing system to handle vendor inquiries
  • Able to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City in a temporary hybrid work set-up.
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedule, including graveyard shift if needed.
  • Willing to work during holidays, or weekend if needed.
