JRP Rancher’s Delight Corporation (JRPRDC) was established in 24 August 2009 with its main office located in Katipunan, Quezon City. The company started its retail operations on 16 November 2009 with 4 Monterey Meatshops located inside supermarket outlets namely Shoppersville, Puregold-Kalayaan, Puregold Visayas and Metro Supermart with 40 employees. Monterey Meatshop is a retail franchise setup of San Miguel, the Philippines’ largest integrated feeds, poultry, hog and cattle operator employing the latest technology in feed milling, breeding, livestock raising, slaughtering, meat retailing and meat processing. Monterey Meatshop is a go-to shop for your meat and poultry requirement. In August 2010, JRP opened another outlet and setup its standalone Monterey Meatshop at Filinvest in Batasan, Quezon City rounding out its total employee count to 50. The year after, JRPRDC operations expanded and setup its sister company, Philippine Professional Manpower Solutions, Incorporated (PPMSI) in 6 July 2011 as a service provider to San Miguel Foods, Inc. PPMSI was setup to manage the meat retailing operations of San Miguel in all S&R Membership Shopping outlets in Luzon. The excellent performance of the company led to its being awarded with more outlets outside S&R operations. This now includes the Magnolia Chicken Station operations in all Robinson’s outlets in the Visayas (Cebu) region, particularly Robinson’s Supermarkets (Mactan, Mandaue, Minganilla and Tabunok branches). PPMSI now manages a total of 13 outlets (9 Montana meat retailing operations and 4 Magnolia Chicken Station operations). Its franchise business with JRPRDC also grew to include selected Puregold & Robinson's supermarket outlets. To-date, JRPRDC has a total of 15 outlets and both companies have over 200 employees in its employ.
