Recruitify_HR is seeking talented, driven Freelance Recruiters to join our growing network in a fully remote, 100% commission-based opportunity. As a people-first recruitment agency based in Malaysia and the Philippines, with clients all across the globe.

This is a flexible, independent contractor role perfect for experienced recruiters, headhunters, or talent acquisition professionals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and want unlimited earning potential based on their results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for assigned client roles (from initial briefing through to successful placement)
• Source, identify, and engage high-quality passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, X-ray searching, and creative sourcing techniques
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, assess candidate fit, and present shortlists to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers/clients
• Track and update all activities in our recruitment systems/tools
• Achieve placement targets to maximize commissions

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in recruitment or headhunting (minimum 2+ years preferred)
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills with a deep understanding of modern recruitment tools and techniques
• A working and active LinkedIn account with at least 500 connections.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Industry knowledge in any of the following (advantageous but not mandatory): Tech/IT, Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Sales/Marketing, or general professional service
• Access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and professional communication tools
