MSIA EMPLOYEES' DEVELOPMENT COOPERATIVE (MEDC), is a multi-purpose cooperative, duly registered with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), with Registration Number: 6520-11009760 and CIN-0105110096 with manpower services as its primary business. MEDC was established in October 29, 1997 with the aim of providing quality manpower services to its valued patrons and clients while contributing additional income to its members, financial support to both MSIA security guards and MEDC manpower employees. With a workforce of about 1859 personnel distributed nationwide. MEDC prides itself of more than a decade of supervision experience. MEDC constantly adheres to the principle of pro-employee policy which is giving what is due to the employees. REQUIRED BENEFITS BY LAW: * Updated SSS remittances * PHIC * Pag-Ibig * 13th Month Pay * Five (5) days incentive leave with pay MEDC is also particular in proper selection with complete security measure-documents of employees that will be assigned:           LOCAL AND NATIONAL CLEARANCES: Barangay, Fiscal, Police and NBI          CERTIFICATES FROM ACCREDITED CLINICS: Drug test, Psycho-Neuro Exam and Physical check-up MEDC also provides assurance to its valued clients: • Surety and Performance Bonds, Competent Supervision, Well-Trained personnel, Immediate attention and due process action on complaints, • Replacement of personnel who fell short of expectations and Relievers (extra personnel) to take over in absence of the assigned employee.
