Description

  • Process Improvement: Analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for optimization, and developing and implementing solutions using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
  • Standardization: Defining, implementing, and enhancing standard work processes to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and performance.
  • Data Analysis: Collecting and analyzing data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and monitor progress against key performance indicators.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Change Management: Leading and supporting change initiatives, effectively communicating with stakeholders, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Performance Measurement: Developing and implementing a standard management control and reporting framework with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Training and Development: Providing training and development opportunities for employees on principles and methodologies of operational excellence.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of operational excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, TQM, 5S), process improvement techniques, and data analysis.
  • Management of Operational Excellence Initiatives: Ability to lead and manage multiple implementations concurrently across various sites in CWAY, demonstrating strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges.
  • Leadership: Ability to motivate and inspire teams, drive change, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Team Management: Coordinating and managing operational excellence teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration; responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and training as required.
  • Financial Management: Managing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that operational excellence projects remain within budgetary constraints.
  • Resource Management: Effectively allocating and managing resources to support the goals of operational excellence projects.
  • Reporting and Communication: Preparing and presenting reports periodically to senior management and stakeholders on the progress and performance of operational excellence projects.
  • Compliance: Ensuring that operational excellence projects comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving issues that may affect project timelines or budgets.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing new systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Standardization: Standardizing templates, SOPs, and guidelines for the operational excellence department.
  • Operational Excellence: Assisting the project team in designing and constructing a factory by considering principles of manufacturing excellence such as 5S, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Operational Excellence Budget: Preparing the annual project budget, annual project report, and project portfolio for the group; creating presentations for the annual budget, mid-year review, and annual review.
  • TPM & Lean Manufacturing: Applying TPM, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies to optimize production processes, minimize waste, and enhance throughput.
