Description

The Client Services Department consists of strategic leaders & agency guardians that understand the business goals of their clients & the Agency. They constantly build new ways to solve problems & identify opportunities that would create solutions that would matter to their brands & its consumer.


Position: Account Manager

Department: Client Services Department

Reporting Line: Account Director/BUD


Business Unit Execution Management.

  • Support the business unit’s strategy in delivering brand growth & agency-revenue. This strategy is aligned, and enhances the agency-wide strategy set-forth by the Executive Committee;
  • Contribute in delivering the Business Units’ revenue targets;
  • Be able to spot emerging technologies / platforms / behavior / modes of communication that would provide strategic digital solutions that the brand should/must be in and for potential rollout to Agency in creating new product offerings.


Per Brand:

  • Support the Business Leads in developing the growth-plan on a per-brand level, in collaboration with the Brand Owners and their respective business priorities for the short, mid and long-term.
  • Support Business Leads in the development of strategic communications plans for clients via a deep understanding of client’s business and consumer digital challenges & opportunities, thus providing targeted and actionable insights & solutions between clients and Agency.


Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Lead briefings and manage campaigns effectively by ensuring a high level of output from all stakeholders concerned.
  • Manage client & stakeholder relationship through effective communication, and proactively and creatively identify and solve business challenges.
  • Support the development of sound framework & clear presentation to effectively showcase the Agency’s output, and effectively present to corresponding audiences.
  • Ensure all critical documents (brand files, CEs, client/supplier agreements) are documented accurately and stored properly.
