As an Account Officer for Liberty Insurance Corporation, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing insurance clients, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Makati City office, serving clients nationwide.


What you'll be doing

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and they receive exceptional customer service
  • Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products to existing clients
  • Source and secure new business leads through networking, cold-calling, and other prospecting activities
  • Prepare and present tailored insurance proposals and quotes to prospective clients
  • Process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist clients with claims processing and guide policy terms and conditions
  • Stay up to date with industry regulations, products, and competitive intelligence
  • Collaborate with the wider insurance team to share best practices and support business growth
  • Knowledgeable in handling Travel, Motor, Fire, and Engineering Insurance, as well as Bonds and Brokers' accounts, is a plus


What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an insurance sales or account management role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with insurance products and regulations in the Philippines market
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or marketing
