Supervise and support the daily operations of the sales and account management team.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
Conduct fieldwork to monitor market trends, gather competitor data, and assess customer needs.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates to management.
Coordinate with other departments (purchasing, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and credit terms.
