Job Description
At WonderBrew, our Assistant Key Account Managers are the key driving force and the heart of the business. They are tasked to develop and grow the brand with creative business strategies and effective ideas under a fast-paced environments. Key account managers will be like entrepreneurs leading a team of multifunctional resources from the front line.
Responsibilities
Responsible for achieving overall business objective with the customers or channels.
Develop excellent working relationships and in-depth understanding of customers and market landscape.
Source for new business opportunities from designated channels (e.g.: groceries, convenient stores, etc.) to increase the popularity and profitability for company
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Lead and partner with customers for business strategies implementation and plan execution. Conduct regular reviews with customers on different business aspects.
Demonstrate and provide explanation to customers regarding our products
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Maintain updated knowledge on current products, pricing, and promotions
Follow up with new and existing customers regarding their feedback or additional purchases of products
Follow through on an exceptional customer experience by presenting customers with product promotions and sale opportunities as identified through conversation
Develop and implement cross-selling strategies for appropriate products
Issue resolution to day-to-day operation to ensure speedy and excellent execution in stores.
Salary
Basic: RM4,000 - 5,000(depending on experience) and extra sales incentive & commission

Job Qualifications
Relevant experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector preferred.
Open to candidates with 2 to 3 years of Sales experience working with distributors, modern retail
Strong skills in managing and influencing stakeholders effectively.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
