Description
- Assist the sales team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate schedules and meetings, managing calendar appointments.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and presentations.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to support sales efforts.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with order processing.
- Support marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in sales support or coordinator roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in public speaking, negotiation, sales management, creative problem solving, and competitor analysis.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
