Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA is an advantage
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of the accounting department
  • Review and approve journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and internal policies
  • Coordinate audits and provide necessary documentation
  • Develop and implement accounting procedures and controls
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business goals
