Financial Reporting:

• Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and standards.
• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Tax Compliance:

• Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Stay updated on tax regulations and provide recommendations for compliance and tax-saving opportunities.

Auditing:

• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure proper financial management.
• Evaluate financial systems and recommend improvements.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Develop and monitor budgets to meet organizational goals.
• Provide financial forecasts to guide business decisions.

Consultation and Strategy:

• Offer strategic financial advice to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions as needed.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all financial practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial laws and accounting standards.

• Preferably someone who was able to handle US accounts or companies previously
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in good standing.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, or similar) Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel.
