Description
- Maintain financial records and prepare reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
- Conduct audits and internal controls assessments.
- Collaborate with other departments for financial insights.
- Utilize accounting software for data entry and analysis.
Requirements
- ducational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or student with internship experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash accounting, and QuickBooks; strong financial management and auditing skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage financial transactions, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting methods.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, and possess strong communication skills.
