Description
- Handle end-to-end US payroll processing, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Record and reconcile payroll transactions in Yardi accounting system.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee compensation data.
- Assist in preparing payroll-related journal entries and financial reports.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and support audits as needed.
- Ensure timely tax filings and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- Creative thinker who can think outside the box
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in US payroll, specifically using Yardi Voyager
- Able to work onsite-Night shift
