Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reports.
  • Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and HR policies.
  • Assist in payroll processing and maintain accurate employee data.
  • Coordinate office operations and maintain effective communication between departments.


Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and HR administration.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiar with accounting software.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
