Job Description
- Account for the completeness of Vehicle sales invoice, delivery receipts and Miscellaneous sales invoice.
- Record onto the ERIC system the scrap sales transaction thru Miscellaneous sales invoice during the month
- Reconcile sales - chassis (quantity) per books against Vehicle Operation Logistic's report
- Prepare Monthly Closing entries for Accessories.
- Applied labor and overhead set-up (based on OBP/RBP rate and production report)
- Reconciliation and reclassification of materials issuance for the month
- Cost of units sold for the month
