• Handle full spectrum of accounting tasks including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements
• Assist with audits, both internal and external
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, PEZA regulations (if applicable), and local accounting standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments on financial planning and analysis
• Contribute to internal process improvements and cost control initiatives
• Support senior management in strategic financial decision-making

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Experience in manufacturing or PEZA-registered companies is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
