Job Description

GA HR Consultancy Inc., the accredited headhunter, executive search, and talent acquisition partner of a leading retailer and wholesaler of motorcycle safety gears, riding apparel, and accessories, is seeking an experienced Accountant.


Our client is a fast-growing and trusted name among motorcycle enthusiasts, with multiple retail and wholesale branches serving riders across the country. Known for offering quality helmets, apparel, and accessories that combine style and safety, the company has built a reputation as a one-stop shop for motorcycle lifestyle needs.

This opportunity is ideal for an accounting professional who wants to apply their expertise in payroll, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting in a dynamic retail/wholesale environment — and for those who share the same passion for motorcycles that fuels the brand’s success.


Responsibilities

Core Accounting & Reporting

  • Monitor and record daily sales and expenses for retail and wholesale branches.
  • Prepare interim and year-end financial statements (FS) in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Conduct variance analysis and support management in financial planning.
  • Perform cash and bank reconciliations.
  • Conduct internal audit of inventories per branch.


Payroll & Benefits Management

  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
  • Manage registration, computation, and payment of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).


Taxation & Compliance

  • Prepare and file tax returns, ITR, and other BIR requirements.
  • Ensure timely renewal of business permits and other government compliance.
  • Liaise with government agencies for permits, applications, and related requirements.


General Finance Support

  • Ensure timely and accurate payments and collections.
  • Provide financial data and reports to management as required.
  • Support other related finance and administrative tasks as assigned.


What We’re Looking For

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related course.


Experience:

  • At least 2–3 years of accounting experience, ideally in retail/wholesale or SME operations.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, government benefits processing, FS preparation, and taxation compliance.


Skills & Proficiency:

  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.


Preferred:

  • Motorcycle rider or enthusiast, someone who understands and shares the lifestyle of the brand’s customers.
