Job Description

Handle full-cycle accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, credit card expense report reconciliation, cash application, collections, and payroll.
Ensure timely and accurate financial processing, including month-end close and cash management.
Prepare management reports and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
Review payroll taxes and ensure timely payment of payroll and corporate taxes by payroll service.
Maintain organized records and files to document financial transactions.
Implement recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures.
Direct internal audits involving the review of accounting and administrative controls.
Support budget and forecasting activities.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.
Maintain financial security by establishing internal controls.
File reports for BIR, including monthly remittance returns, annual information returns, VAT declarations, income tax returns, and other required submissions.

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
At least 1-3 years of meaningful experience in general accounting.
Proficiency in accounting software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
