Description
- Manage financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Support tax preparation and filing.
- Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet financial goals.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable/Receivable, Financial Management, Audit, Reconciliations, and Billing.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based with standard hours; may require occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong communication skills, with a commitment to accuracy and professionalism.
