Description
- Assist in financial reporting, perform audits, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and budgets.
- Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding invoices and payments.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Quality Audit processes, attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may require standard business hours and occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, proactive, excellent communication abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
