  • Perform reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Support billing processes and manage expenses efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain and improve accounting procedures.
  • Prepare and organize financial documents for audits and reviews.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and vendors regarding billing and account inquiries.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: 0–1 year of relevant experience
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in reconciliations, billing, and expense management
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to assist in various accounting tasks as assigned
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, full-time intern position
