  • Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
  • Manage month-end close processes and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff to enhance performance.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
  • Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years in accounting or financial management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in accounting software, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for extended hours during peak periods.
