This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with tax laws, and alignment of financial goals with company operations. • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting Department.
• Develop accounting goals and objectives, and establish metrics to measure performance.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Present financial reports to senior management, highlighting KPIs, financial trends, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement efficient accounting procedures, policies, and principles.
• Delegate responsibilities and monitor workflow to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare accounting reports, including tax returns, annual statements, and monthly/quarterly VAT returns.
• Monitor budget performance, advise on variances, and recommend cost control/financial optimization measures.
• Handle internal and external audits, ensuring all required documents are prepared.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine tax laws.
• Collaborate with HR, operations, and management to align financial goals with overall business operations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by top management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Supervisory or officer-level experience in accounting roles (experience in the automotive sector is a plus, but not required).
