- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Conduct audits and assist in budget preparations.
- Reconcile accounts and manage payroll processing.
- Collaborate with other departments for financial analysis.
- Assist in tax preparation and filing.
- Provide insights for financial decision-making.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard business hours with occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, integrity, teamwork, and adaptability.
- 20-30YRS OLD IS REQUIRED
