Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into accounting software and maintain up-to-date records of transactions.
Account Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts; follow up on outstanding accounts and manage vendor relations.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and assist in generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies, assisting with audits as needed.
Record Maintenance: Maintain organized financial records and documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
Support: Provide support to senior accounting staff and collaborate with other departments on financial matters.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Proven experience in an accounting role or internship experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
